What is included in my rent?
Each monthly payment covers rent, power, internet/wifi, heat, and water. One convenient payment for several necessities.
It also covers routine maintenance and repairs of the building and the suites themselves, as well as yard work like mowing the lawn and shoveling the snow.
Also included in your rent is the cost for the fridge, range w/range hood, dishwasher, and window coverings.
What are the parking options?
There is plenty of parking around the building.
For your convenience, there are electrified outdoor parking options, and there are heated indoor parking stalls w/additional storage space options as well, both for a nominal monthly fee.
There is ample visitor parking.
What is your policy concerning children?
This building was designed with adult living in mind, so there are no children under 12 allowed. Now, we understand that young children want to come visit grandparents, aunts & uncles, and so on, so children are allowed to stay for up to two weeks. Stays of longer durations are determined on a case by case basis.
What is your policy regarding pets?
As much as we love animals ourselves, there is a strict “No Pets Allowed” policy in effect here. This includes aquariums and animals that live in cages or terrariums. (Rodents, reptiles, amphibians, and birds.)
What is your policy with respect to smoking?
Smoking of tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited within the suites and the building itself, including the indoor parking garage. Smoking is permitted on your personal deck and at designated spots around the outside of the building.
Do you allow marijuana?
Medical marijuana, provided it is not smoked, is of course allowed. The growing and smoking of marijuana within the building is strictly prohibited.
