Each monthly payment covers rent, power, internet/wifi, heat, and water. One convenient payment for several necessities.
It also covers routine maintenance and repairs of the building and the suites themselves and yard work like mowing the lawn and shoveling the snow.
Also included in your rent is the fridge's cost, range w/range hood, dishwasher, and window coverings. It also covers routine maintenance of the building and the suites themselves. No more worrying about shoveling snow or cutting the grass as well!
There is plenty of parking around the building.
There are electrified outdoor parking options for your convenience, and there are heated indoor parking stalls w/additional storage space options as well, both for a nominal monthly fee.
There is ample visitor parking.
This building was designed with adults living in mind, so there are no children under 12 allowed. Now, we understand that young children want to visit grandparents, aunts & uncles, and so on, so children are allowed to stay for up to two weeks.
Stays of longer durations are determined on a case by case basis.
As much as we love animals ourselves, there is a strict “No Pets Allowed” policy in effect here. This includes aquariums and animals that live in cages or terrariums. (Rodents, reptiles, amphibians, and birds.)
Smoking of tobacco or Marijuana is strictly prohibited within the suites and the building itself, including the indoor parking garage. Smoking is permitted on your personal deck and at designated spots around the outside of the building.

Assiniboine Valley Estates is the perfect home for nature lovers. Being in Kamsack, it is only twenty minutes from the spectacular Duck Mountain Provincial Park. Everything you need is at your fingertips. This mid-rise building is lovingly maintained and offers nearby parks from the private balconies attached to each suite. Plush carpeting and dishwashers, as well as full fridges and stoves, round out the exceptional features in our spacious apartments. A great selection of suite layouts and sizes ensures there is something for everyone at Assiniboine Valley Estates. Our suites boasts a deluxe laundry facilities, covered and surface parking, and a secure lobby/entry system with an elevator. Our management team helps organize several events for residents throughout the year, creating a wonderful sense of community.
Kamsack is located in the scenic Assiniboine River Valley. The community is surrounded by rolling hills, forest areas, and farmland. It's the perfect place for snowmobiling, cross-country and downhill skiing in the winter or hiking, camping, and golfing in the summer.
The community is the gateway to beautiful Duck Mountain Provincial Park. The strong Doukhobour, Russian, and First Nations' culture and the many parks and gardens in the community make Kamsack the Garden of Saskatchewan and the 2009 winner of the provincial Communities in Bloom competition.
